WA APCO-NENA is grateful for our vendor partners and looks forward to hosting a fantastic Vendor Show at our Conference in Spokane, WA.

Scheduling Information:

• Vendor booth setup – Wednesday, 10/16/2024, 0900-1445
• Vendor Hall walkthrough and conference sponsor pictures, Wednesday, 10/16/2024, 1500-1530
• Vendor Hall Grand Opening & Reception, Wednesday, 10/16/2024, 1545-1800
• Vendor Hall hours, Thursday, 10/17/2024, 0800-1330
• Dedicated Vendor Hall Hours (includes lunch on the vendor floor), 10/17/2024, 1030-1330
• Begin tear down, 10/17/2024, 1345 – can not begin until all attendees are off the floor
